1. About DHXart

DHXart is a UK based online business supplying printed, personalised and ready made products, including stickers, labels, prints, QR and NFC products, packaging items and related goods.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected items. We will send an order acknowledgement by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it.

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT only where VAT is applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you complete payment.

Where an express payment option such as Apple Pay or Google Pay is available, the checkout displays a notice next to the express payment controls. By authorising an express payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review both before completing payment.

3. Personalised and custom products

You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, quantities, delivery details, artwork and other instructions supplied with your order. We print from the information you approve or provide.

You confirm that you have the necessary permission to use any text, logo, photograph, graphic or other material submitted to us. You are responsible for any claim, loss or liability arising from material you submit where you do not own the rights or do not have the required permission to use it. DHXart is not responsible for copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights infringements caused by customer supplied material. We may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, offensive or unsuitable for production.

For products such as warning stickers, candle labels or packaging labels, you remain responsible for ensuring your final wording, warnings and product use meet the legal requirements that apply to your business or product.

4. Production, availability and variations

Standard orders are normally produced within 2 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders are normally processed in the order they are received. Some products, quantities, finishes or personalisation requests can take longer. Where an express option is offered, its terms are shown at checkout.

Proof approval and production hold

If your order includes a proof before production, the order will be placed on hold while the proof is prepared. Production will not begin until you approve the proof through your DHXart account. The standard 2 to 5 working day processing time starts only after proof approval.

If you request changes or upload replacement artwork, production remains on hold until a revised proof is prepared and approved. Time spent waiting for customer approval is not part of the production time.

You are responsible for checking all details shown on the proof, including spelling, wording, layout, colours, size, positioning and supplied artwork. Once you select Approve & Send to Production, the approved design is released to production. From that point, no further artwork changes, design changes or cancellations can normally be accepted.

Personalised or custom-made products are produced to your specification. Once production has begun following your approval, the statutory right to cancel may not apply where an exception under applicable UK consumer law applies. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise covered by law.

Colours can vary between screens, printers and materials. Minor variations in colour, placement, cutting or finish that do not affect the product’s intended use are not faults. Product images are illustrative unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are displayed during checkout. UK delivery is usually 1 to 10 days after dispatch. International delivery can take longer and may be affected by customs, local delivery networks or border controls.

Economy delivery may be untracked. For time sensitive or higher value orders, choose a tracked service where available. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is incorrect, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun.

6. Returns, faults and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Personalised or made to order goods are normally not eligible for a change of mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

If there is a problem with an order, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where useful. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law.

7. QR, NFC and digital content

Where we provide a QR code or NFC programming, it is supplied using the information or destination you provide or approve. You are responsible for checking the destination and testing the finished item before use.

We do not control third party websites, social media platforms, apps, email services or links. Their availability, content and policies can change independently of DHXart. Digital files or online destinations may have separate terms explained at checkout or in the product listing.

8. Intellectual property

DHXart website content, product images, logos, layouts and original designs remain the property of DHXart or the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Your submitted materials remain yours or your licensor’s. You give us a limited permission to use them only as needed to produce, supply and support your order.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will work with you where a legal remedy applies.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or is clearly more favourable to you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also have the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
