How artwork proofs work
An artwork proof is a preview for you to check before printing. If your order includes a proof, production waits until you approve it in your DHXart account.
- Open your proof. We will email you when it is ready. Sign in to My Account → Artwork proofs, open the order and review the latest version.
- Check every detail. Review the artwork, spelling, size, material and any QR code or NFC information shown with the proof. Test the QR destination where applicable.
- Approve or request changes. To approve, tick the approval statement and select the approval button. If something needs changing, describe the changes and submit your request instead. You can also upload replacement artwork before approval.
- Review the revised version. After we send a new version, the approval and change-request controls become available again for that latest version. Previous versions stay in the history.
- Production starts after approval. Standard production takes 2–5 working days, Monday–Friday, after approval. Your order keeps its original order-received queue priority. Artwork changes are normally no longer possible after approval.
No proofs showing yet? Your proof appears automatically when DHXart prepares and sends it. Proofs are available for eligible orders with a linked customer account. If you need help finding your order, email support@dhxart.com and quote your order number.

When will my order be made?
Standard orders are usually produced in 2–5 working days. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is typically 1–10 days after dispatch. Economy services may be untracked; a tracked option is recommended for time-sensitive orders.
Can you make a custom product?
Yes. Tell us the size, quantity, material, artwork and deadline. For personalised items, please check all spelling and details before ordering.
Can you create a QR code for me?
Yes — QR generation is included with eligible QR products. Send the link or information to encode; each design requires its own sheet.
