Choose your sticker size and quantity
Standard sizes are 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 6 and 8 cm. Inch equivalents appear beside each option. For a custom size, enter your measurement in centimetres, from 3 to 8 cm (approximately 1.18–3.15 inches).
We do not charge extra fee for custom size. The same quantity price applies to every available size.
Order 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 300, 500 or 1,000 stickers. Bulk discounts start at 5 stickers and reach 65% for 1,000, compared with the regular price for the same number of stickers. Your selected price and savings appear in the order summary.
NFC programming: choose what customers can tap
- Leave NFC unprogrammed: no extra charge; this is the default selection.
- Use the same data as your generated QR code: add 10%.
- Provide separate NFC data: add 30%; enter the URL or text in the NFC data field.
Programming fees are calculated from the selected sticker price after bulk discounts, excluding delivery. The QR code and NFC chip can contain different data. If you upload finished artwork and want NFC programming, provide the NFC data separately.
How to order
- Choose your size and quantity. Enter a valid measurement in centimetres if choosing Custom size.
- Choose your artwork route. Upload a complete design in PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP, or create your QR code here.
- Choose NFC programming. Leave the chip blank or select a paid programming option and provide the required data.
- Check your order. Review your links, artwork, selected options and total. Add optional production notes if needed, then add to your basket.
Production notes are free and optional. They are passed to our production team and do not appear in the basket or at checkout.
Artwork and QR scanning
Upload the complete sticker design if you already have artwork, including the QR code, text and graphics. Please check that your code scans before uploading it.
For codes created here, use strong foreground/background contrast and avoid oversized centre logos. Dense QR data, small print or additional text may need a larger sticker. Test the finished code on more than one phone.
Production and delivery
Standard production takes 2–5 working days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. Production runs Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Frequently asked questions
Does the QR code expire or need a subscription?
Static QR codes created with our generator have no subscription fee or built-in expiry. A linked website or page must remain available. The encoded destination cannot be edited after printing.
Will an unprogrammed NFC sticker open my QR link?
No. A blank NFC chip contains no destination. Choose programming if you want the tap function ready to use; the printed QR code works independently.
Can NFC and QR point to different destinations?
Yes. Select the separate NFC data option and enter the information you want encoded. The programming charge is 30% of the discounted sticker price.
Can I enter a size in inches?
Enter custom measurements in centimetres only. Inches are shown as a reference: 3–8 cm is approximately 1.18–3.15 inches.
Can I apply these stickers to metal?
Metal can interfere with standard NFC tags. Contact us before ordering for a metal surface so we can confirm a suitable solution.

- Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface.
- Test NFC compatibility with the intended devices and surface.
- Avoid dishwashers, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
- Contact us to confirm suitability for outdoor, wet or specialist applications.
- Keep loose stickers away from young children.
