How to order

1. Choose the size, material, finish and quantity offered above.
2. Use the QR generator where shown, or provide your destination and artwork in the fields provided. Check that the destination is correct.
3. Check the selected options and details, then add the product to your basket and complete checkout.

Production and artwork proofs

Standard production is normally 2–5 working days, Monday to Friday. Where an artwork proof is offered, select it before checkout if you would like to review the design. Proofs are viewed and approved in My Account; production remains on hold until you approve your proof. The production period starts after approval. Proof availability and any charge are shown with the product options.

Delivery time is separate from production. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout.

Use and care

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface. The material and finish selected determine resistance to moisture and outdoor exposure. Basic paper labels are for indoor use. For exposed applications, select a suitable waterproof or laminated option where available. Avoid dishwashers and harsh chemical cleaners; gently wipe suitable vinyl surfaces with a damp cloth. Test the final QR code with more than one phone before use. Keep strong contrast and allow enough clear space around the code. Small labels and detailed QR codes may need a larger size. A static QR code has no subscription or built-in expiry, but its destination must remain available; an expired or changed website link can stop the intended content opening.
