Description
Custom Die Cut Stickers Made From Your Artwork
Create individual stickers that follow the approved outline of your logo, illustration, photo or brand graphic. The sticker and backing are cut to the same finished shape for a clean, professional result.
Why choose die cut stickers?
- Custom shape: the finished sticker follows an approved contour around your artwork.
- Individual pieces: the sticker and release liner are cut together to the same outer shape.
- Artwork control: preview and adjust the proposed contour, spacing and optional printed border.
- Flexible use: ideal for branding, packaging, events, promotional giveaways and creative projects.
How it works
- Upload your artwork. Use a clear JPG, PNG or WebP file at the highest resolution available.
- Choose your size and options. Select the required dimensions, quantity and available material.
- Review the contour. Adjust the proposed cutline and optional border in DHXart Studio.
- Submit for production review. Complex outlines and fine details are checked before cutting.
Artwork guidance
A transparent background is helpful but not required when the subject is clearly separated from a plain background. Very thin details, small gaps, fine lettering and complex photographic edges may need adjustment. Keep important content inside the safe area and extend backgrounds through the bleed area where required.
Saving your design
Temporary unsaved work is retained for a limited recovery period. Signed-in customers can manually save a project for 7 days. Designs attached to a completed purchase are retained for 3 months.
Die Cut or Kiss Cut?
Die Cut: the sticker and backing share the same outer contour. Kiss Cut: the printed sticker has its own contour with a slightly larger backing around it. Custom Labels Sheet: multiple designs remain together on one backing sheet.
Design and ordering: This product is available for customers to design. Each saved design must pass technical review and physical cutting qualification before checkout is enabled for that design. Production is not released automatically.
Preparing artwork for a custom cutline
For better results with custom contours, see our artwork preparation guide on resolution, file formats and bleed. Production still requires the design review described above.
