Formats, prices & delivery
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Eligible UK orders qualify for free Economy delivery from £30. Final full-resolution digital files are provided only when the digital option has been purchased.
Choosing your pet photo
For the best results, choose a sharp, well-lit image where the animal’s eyes and unique markings can be seen. Avoid blurred photographs, heavy filters and cropped heads. For multiple pets, a clear photograph with all animals in view works best.
Our sample photos and portraits are illustrative demonstrations. The artwork is digitally created with a realistic pencil-sketch finish, not a physical hand-drawn original. Frames, décor and any props shown in gallery images are not included.
