- Orders will not be sent tracked unless this is upgraded by you at checkout.
- All orders are dispatched within the processing time. We cannot control or be held responsible for any delays in the postal system once your order has been dispatched!
- As the foiling process is hand-finished, there might be some small, natural black flecks or imperfections that occur during the process.
- To preserve the beauty of these paper items, please keep them away from liquids and direct sunlight. It’s best to store them flat.
- Please note that due to the hand-finished nature, card sizes may vary slightly from the stated dimensions.
- Remember colours on your screen may vary slightly from your product you receive.
- Returns – As our product are made to order and may contain personalised details, I am unfortunately unable to accept any returns. I hope you love each item you order, however should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
- Samples are non personalise and we don’t require any details for these – If details are provided in the personalisation box these will be disregarded and a standard set of details will be inserted into the design.
