How to order
- Choose the size, material, finish and quantity offered above.
- Use the QR generator where shown, or provide your destination and artwork in the fields provided. Check that the destination is correct.
- Check the selected options and details, then add the product to your basket and complete checkout.
Please check names, spelling, dates and links before ordering. You must have permission to use any artwork, photographs or text you supply.
Production and artwork proofs
Standard production is normally 2–5 working days, Monday to Friday. Where an artwork proof is offered, select it before checkout if you would like to review the design. Proofs are viewed and approved in My Account; production remains on hold until you approve your proof. The production period starts after approval. Proof availability and any charge are shown with the product options.
Delivery time is separate from production. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout.
Use and care
Use on a suitable ferromagnetic surface, such as a compatible fridge or steel board. Magnets do not attach to every metal. Keep the magnet and surface clean and dry; outdoor use depends on the selected material. Keep magnets away from young children and sensitive electronic devices. Test the final QR code with more than one phone before use. Keep strong contrast and allow enough clear space around the code. Small labels and detailed QR codes may need a larger size. A static QR code has no subscription or built-in expiry, but its destination must remain available; an expired or changed website link can stop the intended content opening.
